Stuttgart Airport fire department deploys the new Rosenbauer Panther
ince May 2019, Stuttgart Airport fire department has been deploying its four new Rosenbauer Panther crash tenders to ensure safety whilst minimising costs and overall environmental impact. By using a training simulator, an exact replica of a Panther, training crews can practice emergency procedures, with no vehicle wear-and-tear, fire hazards, or environmental damage from extinguishing foam.
Immersive interactive training included within the FORS Standard
FORS members and training providers can now apply to have an immersive interactive training course approved by FORS. The organisation implemented this to help FORS members meet the HGV and van driver work-related road risk (WRRR) requirement as stipulated in the FORS Standard at Silver level.
