Zero-emission trucks: industry and environmentalists call for binding targets for infrastructure

DPF Gate – call for stricter MOT diesel particulate filter testing to reduce harmful particulate matter

The Westminster Commission for Road Air Quality calls for the UK Government to implement stricter legislation around DPF testing during MOTs to reduce particulate matter emissions. The Westminster Commission for Road Air Quality estimates that this measure could save the UK around 1000 tonnes of particulate matter PM2.5 per year based on research carried out in The Netherlands.
